Buns in the Oven
I picked up
Holly B’s cookbook when we were on Lopez this summer so I could duplicate her delicious cinnamon rolls at home this winter. I’m not much of a baker, the measuring ingredients part tends to scare me away, but I attempted her recipe this weekend and I must say
mine turned out as good as I remember hers being, despite the missing euphoric state of physically being on Lopez. The only substitution I made was using real milk in place of the powdered milk she calls for, but I don’t think it mattered much. They were delicious!
