We made fresh pasta over the weekend and I completely forgot how simple (and fun!) it is to make and how much more tender and flavorful it is than dried pasta. We had it with the simplest sauce of butter, wild mushrooms, butter, cream, garlic, chili flakes, butter, and a squeeze of lemon with parmesan and parsley sprinkled over the top (along with a pat of butter on my serving).
